Default driver side door rattle

hello everyone, is there a way to tighten or secure the interior door cover to door itself? The reason I am asking is because I have this rattle noise that goes away if I put pressure from my arm or elbow on the door. I asked the dealer to look and they are hopeless so I thought I would take matters into my owns hands.

You need to remove the door panel and cover it from the inside with dampening materiel. There are several options commercially available.

To be honest, I had several cars with similar door rattle. As a redneck fix, a tightly rolled towel, placed into the door pocket to spread out some, worked in most cases. What happens, you place some pressure onto the door panel using pocket outside wall as back up.
I am not sure what difference does it make if someone else has rattle or not. You DO, right? Either have dealer fix it or DIY it.
