Looks to me like you wont be paying any excess miles! .... Unless there is something on the back about a default mileage amount when not otherwise stated.
Hold onto that contract. Make copies.

And look close make sure it isnt some kind of Balloon loan.

Nothing on the back. I did notice a cause that said on line 19.....

Complete Agreement or Modification.
By your intals, you acknowledge that this lease contains the entire agreement for the lease of this vehicle. There are no other agreements. Any changes to this lease must be in writing, and signed by you and by us.

This is the only agreement we signed.

I did look. It's a closed end lease.

I guess if your plan is to turn it in with high mileage, you are good to go.

Here is a short article for you:

Are you over on miles? Is that why you were checking the contract?

I will be calling the dealer and Lexus Financial to get a straight answer. I have 12 months left and I dont want any surprises when I turn it in.
The only reason I even found this was because my husband and I couldn't agree on how much mileage we had..

I read that article earlier and that is a open end lease. Thank goodness mine is a closed end so no balloon payment.

Lesson of the day: Always read lease agreement before signing.
