I have 2013 es350
As i am hearing voice from front tire in the pickup time seems traction control system is not working.
Also no difference between trc on and off in both case,you will hear the voice which means the system can not control tire spining.
So any advise to make sure about problem?

The only problem seems to be your own failure to understand.

Traction control does not prevent tire noise. It is not supposed to prevent tire noise or wheel spin. That is not the function of traction control.

Traction control is a safety system. It detects loss of traction, and automatically applies the brakes, after a tire loses traction.

Could be because the OP's main language isn't English? Maybe he's wondering why traction control can't prevent the tires from squealing or chirping when accelerating hard from a standstill. Tires will spin and squeal if torque overcomes grip. Traction control can't stop this AFAIK, you would need a limited slip diff to lay down power when you're doing an F1-style takeoff.

Maybe he chose the wrong car The ES is the weirdest choice for a drag racer...

 

Since you have a 2013 ES350, I'd suggest taking back to the dealership and getting it looked at, or most likely, an explanation of what to expect from the traction control system in terms of noises etc.

 

As Atoyota posted, this question was adequately answered previously when you posted it in October. Jumping on the accelerator from a stop will produce loss of traction. Don't stomp on the gas and the traction issue goes away. Otherwise I would look into trading the Lexus for a Corvette.

Nowadays even 10000 dollar car has some system to avoid tyer spinning.
also i have checked two more es350 and they were ok.

yes unfortunately diferent language may cuase for some miss underestanding.
When i did diagnostic test some fault for abs-vcr-trs come.
means there is a problem
also never find same problem in other es350.

 

If a diagnostic test shows failure codes, then get your Lexus dealer to fix it. They have the equipment to determine what's wrong. Do you see ABS or VSC lights turn on during normal driving?

Unfortunately i bring this car from usa thats why the local dealer does not accept the car.
Never i have seen lights to be on but in tyer spinning time trc light is flashing.
i am here and try to get help from others because there is no way for me.

 

Gray import, ouch. A Toyota dealer with the latest diagnostic computer should be able to determine the fault. How did you see the ABS-VSC faults then, with an OBD cable?

Anyway, if the tires are spinning on hard acceleration from a standstill and the traction control light is blinking, there's no problem. That's normal if your tires aren't that grippy and the road surface is hot and dusty, especially if you're in the UAE which I guess you probably are.

 

You bought a damaged or bad car. Sell it.
Club Lexus can not help diagnose or fix your car.
