Default Timing on a custom order

For those who have custom ordered a Lexus, how long did it take for you to get a production, ship, and/or arrival date from the time you ordered it?

Thanks.

My ES350 took 66 days from order to delivery. I'm not sure this is a typical time though so you probably should not expect it that fast.

I Ordered my 2014 ES 300h, in the third week of August, 2013. I placed a small deposit down, with my Build Order. I took delivery on this past October 30th. I have every option Lexus makes, for the ES, except 'Remote Engine Start', and, yes Mike 728, even with a first 'Build Sheet', from the dealer & Lexus, NO Panoramic Roof. Nebula Gray w/ Parchment Leather, Ultra Luxury Package. Not real crazy about the 'Bridgestone EL 400 Tires, but those can be changed.

When I inquired, the dealer told me it usually takes 90-120 days.

Thanks. Did you get any feedback from the dealer along the way (e.g., it is scheduled for production on ____, will ship on _____) or was it just "it's here!"?

Sounds like we were very much in sync. I went with the Light Gray interior and RES+, but otherwise ordered the same car that you did.

I kept in touch with my salesman, via email and phone, and got a copy of the build sheet, ship date, and the cargo ship it was on. I also tracked the ship when it left Japan right to when it arrived at the port in Jacksonville in Florida. I used http://www.marinetraffic.com/ to track London Highway, the ship that transported my car.

Thanks. How long did it take to get the build sheet?
