Is there some magic code to make the bluetooth audio work? I can get the car's BT audio to pair with my phone but music won't play. With Pandora on my phone the radio shows the song name and I can use the radio controls to fast forward but songs won't play. As soon as I disconnect the bluetooth music starts playing on my phone. If I re-connect BT the music halts immediately. This happens with both Pandora and Youtube. I've read the owners manual assuming that I need to kick off play from the radio but I can't find it. What am I missing?

It's a 2011 ES 350.
Whats our phone’s make and model?
I use an iPhone 11 Pro with iOS 14.7.1 and my Bluetooth works normally with Spotify and YouTube, haven’t tried Pandora in a while.
I’ve had issue with Bluetooth once in a while and the fix has always been to shut the phone off and turn it back on and also restart the radio and/or car.
I think its the phone. A while back Google updated their BT stack. It introduced significant backwards compatibility issues. I have an older BT adapter hooked up to the head unit. It worked great with my Android phone for the first few years but then Google decided to "fix" things. I now have issues similar to what you are seeing. On my newer 2017 Expedition, I don't see any of these issues.
