Default Grease on wheel after driving issues

Anybody else ever have this? Was getting a lot of vibration and a wobbling at points on the way home today from work. Thought it was a flat but the tire pressure was ok in all. But I did notice that the driver side wheel was significantly warmer than the other side. Made it home but found that there was a little grease on the same wheel when I got there. Car previously had aftermarket FEQ axles put on both sides. Car wasn’t really humming but had kind of a cyclical noise like when trucks drive with the larger aftermarket tires. I’m wondering if it is a bearing or the axle itself. I’ve been off of work the last few weeks and have only done local city driving and today was the first day back of my 172 round trip commute to work. It is an 09 with 228k miles.

Luckily, I picked up a newer es 300h that I can use just last weekend.

Grease on the inside of the wheel usually means a leaking CV boot.
