Default 2009 lexus es350. Sensor issues

I have a 2009 lexus es350. Some of the sensors stopped working for no reason. I cannot unlock the doors without having to press the unlock button. My clocks keeps resetting to 1:00 everytime I starts the car. Inside lights are not working. Seat memory is not working. I had a brake job recently. It all starts after that. I don't think that brake job would cause an issue like that. I have tried searching google but couldn't find any answers. Any ideas???? I really to figure this out.

If the car went into the shop working and came out not working something happened there. Go ask what the did . Did they remove the battery cable or did they drain the battery . Did they try to charge the battery and then jump it incorrectly. Go ask.
