Something's not adding up.

If it will crank and your battery is good how is it too dead to use the scanner? Maybe a blown fuse killing the port?

If the battery, spark, and fuel is good, you're not getting enough air or you have a compression issue.

Do you have a CEL?

The mechanic just called.. The car started just fine.. He think it head gasket leak, some coolant got into engine, it start only when coolant dried up. He recommend stop leak for temporary solution, or if I want to open up the engine for gasket replacement, that would be costly on labor.. PS. I just got new radiator replaced last week

Would need more information . Is the mechanic saying the head gasket leak cause coolant to fill up a cylinder and hydro lock the engine then a stop leak won't fix the problem. Get more info and ask exactly what the problem is.

Then he doesn't THINK it's a head gasket he KNOWS it's a head gasket. Stop leak ain't gonna fix that. Time to reach into your pocket and pay for the fix. Hopefully there is no coolant in your oil . Better check that out because if there is then sorry but you'll need to replace the engine.

Does car run rough? Is coolant level low?
You said you installed a new radiator, did old one leak and did the engine overheat?

He put in green coolant.. Is this could be the problem for overheating?
