Pull over safely, check temp gauge, coolant level and hopefully the CEL isn't flashing. Have the codes read at autozone or AAP for free and let us know. When the CEL is set, the other two are set automatically.

It means you have some sort of a problem with engine, brakes, fuel supply, ignition...

FYI , RED means stop. Pull over is the correct procedure followed by shutting down the car. Try a restart and if same lights come on get the car towed. Driving a car with a red MIL on could be hazardous to yourself and others regardless if it "seems " OK.

Doesn't the red exclamation pt always come on when the CEL comes on? I think that is what he means. I didn't even know the MIL can be red. I believe blinking is bad...

I agree but before they call a tow, they need to assess the situation. The red exclamation always accompanies a MIL (someone can correct me if Im wrong). If that is the case I would have called a tow like 5 times for the P0606 code before I fixed it by changing the 2 downstream O2 sensors.

Both times all those lights came on in our ES350, the CEL code identified a bad coil. Both times we got lucky in that the bad coils were 4 and 6 - facing the front of the car.
In CA parts stores can't check CEL's. In NC, maybe; go check.
