Default My low beam lights are too dim and will not shine brightly. Replaced bulbs but same p

My low beam headlamps will not shine brightly. Replaced bulbs but still can't see! Can anyone offer any help. Is there a relay I don't know about.

how do the lenses on the headlamps look at they yellow or fogged ? maybe its time to have them proffesional buffed out and restored or you can get a home restoration kit to do with with. that could help out

Check the voltage at the connectors to see that it matches the voltage at the battery. I didn't find a headlight relay listed on the Lexus parts websites. Only see a headlamp dimmer switch assembly, # 84140-48140, replaced by 84140-0E040. You may want to seek an electrical shop.
