USB Music Library - difficult to use
Hello. My first post here. I have a 2011 ES350 and would like to use the USB port to access my music library that is on a 32GB flash drive. It plays okay but getting to a particular folder, album or artist is nearly impossible. The audio assist doesn't work in USB mode. The folder selection doesn't work when the vehicle is moving, and when it's stopped, scrolling through dozens of folders takes forever. Does anyone know how to get to a particular track or album or artist quickly? Thanks.

It all depends on how the files are arranged and how they are copied to the drive.. 32 GB can be a lot of data if you just click ad drag random files. Figure how you want them arranged and do it how ever you want it.

Thanks. I have the folders arranged in the same way as they are in Windows; i.e., main folder is 'Music Library', there is a sub-folder for each artist, and there is a sub-folder for each artist for each of their albums which finally contain the MP3's. I don't see any way to go to an artist or an album or a song except by scrolling through every folder or song which takes forever. My 2009 F-150 has something called SYNC, which allows you to call up a song, album, artist, genre, etc., by voice command. I wish the Lexus had the same.
