2008 with some exterior upgrade questions
#3
I can't say for sure but here are some helpful hints:
1. The headlights are sold as 2007-2009 and 2010-2012
2. The grille insert is sold as 2007-2009 then 2010-2012
If you put these two facts together, this tells me that it's unlikely that the bumper will work, but they could be different only for cosmetic reasons and not dimensional...not sure
Re: the side mirrors, there was a recent thread that showed that they do work but are a different size. i think the newer mirrors are smaller.
Re: tail lights, they look substantially physically different: https://www.go-parts.com/lexus-es350-tail-lights-32-4081.html
Hope this helps some

Looking at the actual car, the 2010-2012 "updated" tail lights appear like they'll fit. We'd need to know measurements and mount points to determine if they would fit though, and I haven't bit the bullet to just buy one to see. Was a thought of mine early on because I really like the updated tails.

If you look in the link I posted above, the outside tails on the 2010-2012 have a significant upward sweep. The 2007-2009 tails are flat. Maybe they work but they sure don't look like they will.

from doing more research i found i can swap the front bumper to the 2010+ look, side mirrors will work, for the side door chrome accents i need the part number but that'll work as well. Only thing is up in the air are the tail lights. There was a thread about this but no one really tested it out.

From just looking at another 2010 on the lot, the tails don't sweep upward any more than the ones on my car. The images there and the angles appear to be different angles of the pictures. I actually have a broken mount on one of mine (previous owner must have had a minor fender bender, confirmed on the service history report and not reported to me at time of purchase). Unless I run into a deal, I'm not going to try it (i.e. junkyard for $20 or so)...
