Fixing metallic rattle above headliner
My 2007 ES350 has a very loud and annoying metallic rattle coming from above the headliner towards the rear of the car. It can be heard when going over rough surfaces or from the vibration from the subwoofer. Short of removing the headliner, is there any way to minimize or eliminate the rattle?
If the headliner has to be removed, how difficult is this for those who have done it before?

That's your antenna receiver for the TPMS. You don't need to remove the headliner to get to it. It is located next to the rear glass, in the middle.

If the receiver is located above the headliner, how can it be accessed without removing the headliner? I didn't really see much play in the headliner where it could be pulled down without removing it.

You just pull it down at the rear, next to the glass. You have 4 clips that hold the headliner up, then put the hand through the hole. I would just put some foam between the antenna and the roof.
