Default Blacked out Headlight Inserts

My headlights had water in them, so when I removed them to fix this I painted my chrome headlight inserts black. I wanted to give the car a subtle unique look. Also polished the plastic lens. Thought I would share the results.

I really like that... that would look killer on my car. I'd probably paint them to match (Smoky Gray).

Hey, can you explain how you cleaned the lens and painted the chrome housing? Thank you!
