That is a good price for a base model without accidents. If you are getting one with a higher option level then you would be way ahead,
The other important thing is where the car was driven. Roads are heavily salted in Eastern Canada. Your best bet is one from British Columbia (preferably the Vancouver area) where a lot less salt is used. This winter, there was no snow and no salt laid.

It's very faint as you guys can see I'm worries about wet sanding losing the clear coat
These are the little scratch marks but at least the dealer touched them up from far not noticeable

The top picture showing the faint scuffing will polish out. As you mentioned, don't bother wet sanding. You can easily cause more damage (even if you use 2000 grit sandpaper).
Use Meguiar's Ultimate Compound on a foam pad, and then wipe off residue with a microfiber towel. It will take a lot of hand-polishing, but it will safely remove that scuff. It won't damage the clearcoat. (Your arm would fall off first)
The second scratch looks like it has cut into the primer layer. I would just leave that one alone, and live with it. It's probably pretty tiny, and after your "honeymoon" phase is over, it won't bother you.
