I have noticed a rubber squeak from my driver's door on my 2010 ES 350. It disappears when the rubber is wet so I am thinking perhaps there is a silicon product that I could apply or another fix for this? Any solutions out there?
You can try einszett gummi pflege stift, (yes that's spelled correctly!) I don't know if it will solve your problem as Igzy says but people swear by it.
I used a silicon spray lubricant and wiped it on all the rubber seals and the surfaces they seal against and it got rid of the rubber seal sound on my door. If it is overhead, it might be the seal for the sunroof making similar sounds. You can clean/lube that seal and sealing surfaces the same way except the rear seal will be difficult to reach.
