Is it possible/difficult to replace only the center bottem cushion on an ES350 with the heating/cooling option. Mine has become flattened and I want to bring it back to "new" condition. The leather is in perfect condition and everything else works with the seat.

 

You will need a good auto trim shop to do this for you. Maybe your dealer would give you a referral. It shouldn't be much of a problem for a good shop and much less expensive than anything the dealer would offer. I had something like this done once and it was really better than the original.
