I read a thread on the LS board that a wallet sized access key will soon become available for the LS model. Does anyone know if this will be available for the ES350? It sure would be nice to replace our bulky key?

 

I wonder if it is something Lexus would keep exclusive to the high end LS? The car might need a card reader for it to work. Sounds like a good idea. If the ES and LS have the same locking & ignition systems, it might be something that would work on both.

 

The LS only comes with one wallet key doesn't it? The other master key would be a regular smart key?

 

I'm still waiting/hoping for the remote start feature to be made available for the ES 350; why did Toyota/Lexus choose not to make it available on the '07 ES 350, yet offer it as an option for the Camry and Avalon (I could be wrong but I'm fairly certain remote start option is available for those two models)?

 

You are correct, the Camry and Avalon are available with remote engine start.
