Default DRL and Hi-Beam Not Working

So I noticed the other day that my hi-beams didn't work. Since it's the same bulb as the DRL's I checked them during the day and confirmed they don't work anymore either. When I select hi-beams, the blue indicator in the dash lights up as if they were on. I checked all fuses under the dash and under the hood with a multi-meter and visual inspection. All were good. Is there a relay that has a DRL circuit I'm not aware of?

I should mention I checked both bulbs as well. They look perfect and bench test fine with 12V source.

Open the hood
Turn on the ignition
Turn on the low beams
Turn off the fogs
Flash the high beams and listen for a click
If there’s no click then your relay is bad

Where is the relay located? I can't find which one is tied to the DRLs and Hi-beams. I read somewhere that there's mosfets or a non serviceable relay or something on these cars. Any insight on that?

I've already checked the fuse panel labels and some diagrams online. None seem to point to a hi-beam relay. Only 2 fuses under hood #31 and #32.

As seen on pg 5 of the Lighting System Description.pdf, the DRL/Hi-beam relays are semiconductors and not mechanical. I've confirmed the relay(s) are the issue via the testing in the other pdf's from user Hayk's post #10 in the second thread you linked.

To put it bluntly for anyone searching this problem or thread later, if your DRL or Hi-beams don't work and your relay dies you have to replace the following part: Block Assembly, Engine Room ---- PN: Lexus 82720-33081 (this replaces 82720-33080).

If anyone knows of any corrections, please advise!
