TPMS Error code C2127
I have a problem with 2012 Lexus ES350 I am trying to register and initialize the tpms. I am getting a C2127 code and it is not initializing. As far as I know the sensors are registered to the vehicle including the spare tire per my tpms tool ( techstream v18 )( I replaced all new sensor 42607-33021)Also disconnect battery and recalibrate all 5 tires and enter 2 set of tires same as main set and still get code C2127 .Need help
Does that year have a second set of wheels button? Looks like the issue is with the second set. Is the button in the right spot? Resetting would probably be easier with a scan tool. After programming them you might want to make sure you leave the key on, clear the codes and drive. Also could be stuck in a closed loop. I’m not sure what tools will take that out other than a scan tool with the feature

I just borrowing from my friend MK808S-TS , try to read the code and erase, did it few times to erase but the code still there .
It’s hard for me to walk you through it for a couple of reasons. I’m familiar with tire scan tools and not the program you’re using. A couple of things to keep in mind. If at anytime you turn the key off and the ECU hasn’t gotten all the info it needs it will cause issues. Even if you had a fresh sensor relearn if the key is turned off before the ECU received a signal it might shut you out and give a code.
If it’s at all possible do this.
Turn the car on
enter all id’s into the ECU
go for a 20 minute drive. Preferably over 40mph for a bit. Can be different speeds
never turn the car off during the process.
if after driving a bit the lights not turning off you can try to clear the codes again and drive a little more.
If at any point while you’re trying to enter the id’s into the ECU you feel like it’s responding like your cable is not properly connected the ECU went into a safe mode and locked you out.

Cool. With a scan tool all you have to do is rescan each sensor and you’re usually ok. No need to do all the driving. It gets hard to pinpoint what exact step makes a difference sometimes and will drive you nuts. I know a lot of people that have tried this turn the key off at some point and then things just snowball
