So I put a new battery in my 2007 yes 350 but when I try to start it the steering wheel goes up and down a few times one start and then about the third or fourth attempt it does any ideas

Is the battery seated all the way?

Try either installing an old battery, or removing it completely, then start up the car with the fob very close to the Start/Stop button, see if that will help. If not, you may have an issue with the fob itself, try contacting the dealership to see if they can help.
