A bit of Bug and Tar remover on a cotton bud will clean up the edges
The pieces and the "Bumper Applique" (w/ Lexus spelled out!) are quite a bit
thicker than regular 3M film. Didn't know until I looked them up that they were
$30 (and $100 for the rear bumper piece). Previous CL threads have asked
how to remove them. Heat gun and some Goo-Gone will do that.
If that is $30 each then I think I'd be just using the 3M and be prepared to replace it more frequently. Probably be tempted to try it myself, they're not in a terribly complex location. Strange to see them as dirty as those shown though....wonder what was driven through...or is that maybe the dirty residue not cleaned off after having removed them?
