I have a remote key for my ES300 and the little button fell out but I have it.. What I am missing is the small spring that is under the button so the keyless entry will work. Is it possible to just get the spring and if so where.

maybe try to make your own? say like cutting out a small spring from a pen or something like that.

 

I probably wouldn't bother trying to replace/install a new spring to the master key so the button can be operative, too much hassle I think. Better off purchasing a new master key from the dealership (price shouldn't be more than $50).
