Default Weird tire pressure sensor issue

Hi Lexus friends,
I have a 2007 ES350. Recently had a solid TPMS sensor light on the dash. Took it to a respectable tire store (put a new set of tires on there just a few weeks ago). Their test showed the front passenger side sensor was bad. They put in a new sensor and it was accepted according to their software. The next day, I got the flashing tire warning light (for 60 seconds...followed by a solid warning light). Took the car back to the tire store and they are telling me that the sensor is fine but, the "receiver" must not be getting the signal for some reason and that I need to take it to the dealer. For what it's worth, they said they do Toyota and Lexus sensors often, without issue. I tried the reset button under the dash and verified that all 5 tires are inflated properly. Hoping someone has some wisdom on this situation. Thanks, in advance.

if they were all original from 07 the others might be going out also. It’s sketchy replacing 1 at a time. If all sensors are scanning with their tool they need to reprogram the ECU and without turning the key off rescan all 5 sensors again.

Average battery life in these sensors is about 7 years. A good tire dealer would check all 4 or 5 sensors and verify if the batteries are good. Have them all checked and see what you get.
