My car is having a problem shifting from reverse to park. Very hard t push in and whien you get it in park it is hard to get the keys out.

transmission fluid? trouble shifting between other gears? brake depressed all the way down?

try the manual override switch. If it is easy to get keys out AND shift from reverse to park AND park to reverse then I would say it is the brake pedal actuated switch that is cause the hassel.

If the manual override switch does not change anything, then start looking into mechanical issue with the tranny.l

How do I switch it to manual over ride.

that little black piece on the shifting block, it pops up.... I am pretty sure that you put your key in it
