Are the memory seat buttons illuminated in the 2007 ES350?
I don't recall if they were ever illuminated in my wife's car.
I just want to know if I need to get the bulbs replaced if they're supposed to be lit when the lights are on.

Memory seat button are not illuminated. The same applies to side view mirror button, indicator and wiper stalks.
Your footwell lighting look very bright and quite good in the sense that they suit the car. Same goes for the steering wheel buttons. I feel like mine are noticeably dimmer.
