2008 ES350, Best way to stop window shade in the up position?

 

try to pull the fuse out?

 

Do you mean for it not to retract when you are in Reverse?

 

Some rear lights are on that fuse.

 

Yes, I live in Arizona and would like it in the up position all the time. Tired of it going up and down all the time.

 

You can disable the reverse feature with Techstream.

Techstream is the program in the dealership's laptops. Wired to the OBDII port is allows
monitoring and changing virtually all the cars functions. We civilians can buy and subscribe
to aftermarkets vendors such as Carista to make most setting changes.

 

So how would Carista acess the USBDII?
