Default Replacing ignition lock cylinder

Hi everybody,
I recently just got a new ignition lock cylinder for my 2003 es300 and now the car cranks but it won’t start. I was wondering if I have to program it somehow

Did you replace the entire assembly? If so there is a transponder chip near the cylinder that will have to swapped in from your old part.

Yes, I changed the entire assembly and I changed the transponder chip, it still won't start.
