Default adding rear trunk spoiler..

It seems that Lexus discontinued OEM rear trunk spoiler for my 09 ES350 thus, any recommendations as to 3rd party? Additionally, I can install spoiler using just 3M tape or drilling required? Thanks in advance.

Majority of "spoilers" that serve absolutely no function are stuck on using adhesives (double sided tape). This applies to all the aftermarket carbon fiber pieces some folks put on their M, RS, AMG vehicles. If you absolutely love the look of a 5th gen ES with a spoiler, look for them on ebay or salvage yard. You may get lucky and find one in the same colour as your ES. As I recall, the spoiler was not a factory option, it was a dealer installed option so I doubt its an actual Toyota/Lexus part. If you're hoping to achieve any performance gain, then don't waste your time.

not looking for performance upgrade, I mean it is an ES after all. I just love the look with the trunk spoiler and wanted to know the process of getting one + installing one.

I bought mine from this vendor
https://www.ebay.com/itm/07-12-Lexus...97.m4902.l9144

You'll have to find one that matches your paint code. It comes with adhesives already on it, and also screws should you want the dealer to screw install it. Paint matches perfectly.

Dealer wanted 200 US to simply put the bumper on using the adhesives, 300+ to install with screws

This is a simple DIY job and takes 10 minutes. You basically need to clean the trunk spot well and with alcohol to remove any debris, then apply the spoiler. You can youtube the process for plenty of videos, but you're essentially using the tape it comes with to stick it on the trunk
