I have a '95 ES300... Ive had it about 2 years and I absolutely love it. It only has 137.8 on it. Im having a HUGE issue with this one problem. Ive replaced fuses and tried every "solution" I could find.
That being said, my problem is this: My interior lights... Floor board, dome/driver center and mirror lights wont turn on and my power door locks dont work. I also cant use my key fob with the simple button on the side to lock or unlock. As I said I've replaced the fuses already and tried all the solutions I found and none have worked. What could be causing this?

Did you test with a volt meter? Examine the DOME fuse especially. Any chance there is rodent damage?

It seems like a power issue, since all systems to which the fuse belongs are affected. You said you checked the DOME fuse, but have you tried swapping it with a different, verified one? If that won't help, use a test light to check if you actually have power coming and leaving the fuse, you can use exposed leads on top of the fuse to do so.
