es 300 shifting and code issues (iso help)

es 300 shifting and code issues (iso help)
Hey Guys, so my 94 es300 is throwing these 3 coded. can anyone please help me understand what they mean and what they are and possibly help me through how to fix it? i have tried replacing both speed sensors and nothing has changed. my overdrive light flashes on and off when in over drive but stays solid when off. my check engine light is on and so is my abs light. when my obd || is plugged in these are the codes that come up. it also revs really high when in second gear and won’t shift. but after a few seconds it goes away and drives normal. i’m just wondering if anyone can help me out here. thank you!

P0720 and P0500 codes are tied together, they are probably the reason for ABS and O/D lights. Speed signal also depends on the instrument cluster, it acts as sort of a filter before the signal goes to the ECU. If you have already replaced sensors and it didn't help, it can indicate a bad instrument cluster. Here is a service manual that should be able to help you diagnose those codes (look on page AX2-92), though it is for the Camry, so there may be some differences.
As for P0135, from my understanding, your ES should already have 1MZ engine, and not 3VZ. In that case, Bank 1 Sensor 1 is located on the back of an engine on the exhaust manifold, to test it, disconnect it and measure resistance between two black wires - if there is none, the sensor needs to be replaced, but if there is, check if you have 12V and Ground coming to the sensor.

How old is your battery? My 2000 es300 threw all kinds of codes, lights were going wonky on instrument panel, and it wouldn't **** or shift really hard when it did. New battery fixed it. I would at least get your battery load tested at a capable store/shop, esp. if it is 4 yrs or older.
