Today i have New Q about the breaks
When i was driving my lexus es300/2002 and my speed was 40KM/h suddenly a car stoped in front of me i applied the preaks to Stop but IT did not work well and there was a sound & vibration i felt IT When step on the break.
MY Q is ...if this happen with any one or any When knows the reason, please advise me

If you brake hard enough, the ABS module will make a real noise (sounds like rocks in a jar shaking?) to rapid-fire modulation to control brake-lock up on each wheel. It is noisy, grinding, not pretty.

Also, if you are in Libya, pay attention to road surface. A slippery uneven road surface with sand, gravel, snow, scree, etc. changes individual wheel slip and drives ABS crazy. Some very higher-end AWD systems even allow drivers to wholly defeat ABS in situations like that (I have a V8 Audi with an ABS on/off switch on the center console for this reason). This is so skilled drivers can use thresh-hold braking concentrating on the front and be more safe. A skilled driver can out-perform ABS in certain situations. Unfortunately, few people are taught/learn this these days. I am older and my dad was an ex-amateur racer and made us practice that when we were young.

Today I was driving in sand dunes in Oregon and both my ABS and AWD were taxed! (this is a Volvo XC and not our Lexus). And yes, we did have to dig it out.
