High miles. worn suspension components, loose lug nuts, likely something worn. Solution, too many possibilities for us to guess, take it to a trusted mechanic or a Toyota dealer (cheaper prices than Lexus for diagnosis).

I think you're in the wrong generation forum..

So many things can cause it. Does the steering wheel vibrate also?

For example: Unbalanced wheels, warped rim or warped/damaged tires, loose/failing ball joints, loose/failing outer tie rod, wheel bearing, etc.

it's usually tire balance when it starts vibrating over 50. get that taken care of first.

If you don't feel it in steering wheel, where DO you feel it??
Has to be seat-of-pants. Thus making rear end of car most probable location for problem.
First thing I would do is rotate front tires to rear. If you now have shake in steering wheel - it's bent rims or tire balance.
Have tire shop look at the tires and rims.

Something's worn. CV axles, engine mounts, tie rods, ball joints, etc. Get in there and check all that.

Do you hear or feel a clunk when applying brakes?
