Roboter, you need to give more background in order to get any help. What you posted is really minimal and all but useless to help you diagnose the issue
assume you are talking about the stereo? Did it ever work? Did it make any noise when it went out? Does the head unit light up?
Provide That sort of stuff and please try to be more courteous...the other member was clearly joking!
It used to work I took the battery cable off then when I was putting it back on I dropped the wrench and when I did it spark ever since then it hasn’t work but still comes on I changed the amplifier and still nothing
Just because you said “please”... There’s a fuse in the fuse/relay panel on the right side of the engine compartment and if my memory serves me correctly, there’s a fuse in there labeled “Radio”. I’d check it out.
Your radio has two power feeds. The auto-genius link I sent you shows two RAD power feeds/fuses. One is Fuse 37 in the Passenger Compartment Fuse Panel and the other one is Fuse 14 in your Engine Compartment Fuse Box. Here’s a link to the Radio and the speakers. In the top right corner of the schematic it shows RAD-1 and RAD-2 Fuses, one located in each Fuse Panel. Since your dilemma started in the battery/fuse box area, Fuse 14 needs to be checked.
Do you own a voltmeter to check if certain fuses are even getting power?
Sounds like a plan with sound advice from the sound store. Hope the new unit sounds good and has a sound warranty.
All kidding aside, search CL for threads on radio replacement and upgrades.
