I do not have an active subscription to the SOS or enform system. I'm not sure why some people got it and some didnt. Doesnt hurt to call your dealer armed with you VIN and ask I guess.

I just got an email from Lexus today that said if I wanted to reactivate the enform service the dealer may need to do an update on the data communication module. I have never subscribed to it and do not intend to do so but I guess there addressing it on a case-by-case basis.
