Default Doing the knock sensor

So I'm changing the knock sensors and harnesses. Is it normal for antifreeze to get in the cylinder

Coolant can spill out of the manifold when removing it, clean that out ASAP. If your engine didn't have any issues before you took it apart then you're fine.
