Final lease return invoice

Can someone tell me know long it usually takes to receive the final invoice with disposition fee and excessive wear charges? I returned my 2016 ES at the end of January and have not received anything yet.

i was surprised it took that long also. I called because I had $2,400 of security deposit to be refunded.

when I called, the operator told me he’ll escalate it to the some dept maybe settlement dept.
