Does it fold easily along the creases, even after years of use?

YES.

I found a few Covercrafts on eBay for $40 or less. I'm confirming with the sellers that they will fit.

That's a much better price range.

I think it's UV11286BL.

It turns out those cheaper ones on eBay wouldn't fit.

I use the Covercraft on 4 cars. I thought I'd save money by ordering from Ebay but when it came it didn't fit properly and fell down when trying to hold it up by the visors.
I ordered from the Covercraft web site listing the make and model of my cars. All shades fit properly and they have been in use for as long as 4 years. We get very strong sun here in Pennsylvania during the summer which dries out your leather if not blocked. Big difference in temp when the interior is darkened by the shade.

Essentially, you get what you pay for... I recommend Covercraft...

Corvette, Veloster turbo, Honda Accord, Lexus ES...

When I asked one of the eBay sellers if it would fit, they then uploaded a picture of the sticker that said what models the Covercraft would fit. It turns out that the model listed was for the IS cars.

That's how I then knew to look for a different specific model of the UVS100 (with the specific code).

Because of the price, this isn't something I can buy right away. I'll have to wait for the right time to buy it.

Totally agree. I have used Covercraft's shade for our family's last 6 cars. First thing I do when I get a new car is order the shade.
They are expensive for a sunshade. But if I am buying a $45-50K car, $60 is the least of my concern.

I got the Covercraft, and tried it today.

The Covercraft makes it difficult to hang my hangtag parking pass. The parking pass gets pushed up and is hidden behind the black part below the rear view mirror.

Here's the black part behind the rear view mirror, that I am referring to:

With the old sunshade, the parking pass wouldn't get pushed towards the windshield as much. So it would still be pointing closer to straight down, instead of closer to parallel with the windshield (and parallel to the black part).

I spent 15 mins this morning trying to adjust the parking pass position, so it would be a little more visible. But I need to find a better overall solution, if I'm going to continue to use the Covercraft.

I then tried looking into sun visor enhancements. I just need something simple though, something that can hold one parking pass. (Ideally I want to easily remove the parking pass when I'm done, so it's a cleaner looking visor).

I don't need something with lots of slots, like those that I see for people that put several small cards.

I don't want something that will attach to the windshield itself. I like the windshield to be clean, plus I need to replace the parking pass every 3 months anyways. And I also like ability to remove the parking pass every weekday and put it back in the glove compartment. When I'm driving, I want my windshield, rear view mirror, and visor area to be as clean as possible.

Is there some kind of elastic rubber band solution? That way, I can just slide the parking pass in in the morning, and remove it in the evening. That will also maintain a cleaner look, as it's just one rubber band. Maybe I can even remove the rubber band and keep it in the glove compartment too, when I'm done.

But I don't know what the right size of rubber band to look for, or where to get it. I want to make sure it's not too big or small.

Any advice, or any other solutions?

It seems like something like this would work, but I don't want 4, I only want 1. And it's $19.

This looks like it might work around the sun visor. What does everyone think?

Bump, any advice for my last few posts, regarding a need to to set up my parking pass differently now? What does everyone think about the those possible solutions I posted above?

Here's something you can try. Take a coat hanger and unwind the top hook part so that you have one piece of wire. Cut one side of the wire where the hook is located and straighten it out so it would look like a question mark ?. Bend the opposite end into a small hook so that you could hang your pass onto it. Put your sunshade in place and then hang this new hanger on the mirror on the exterior side of the shade. Should hang straight down and be visible... Best I could do under the circumstances... Good Luck...
