Bluetooth connection problem

Bluetooth connection problem
Hello, I'm currently driving es300h 2013.
I formerly used to drive IS250 2008, So I thought I was familiar with lexus navigation system.
One day I noticed a problem with my cell phone.
Now I'm using galaxy s7 edge and when I turn on navigation both car and phone connect together well, automatically play audio too.
But, if I change to other media like FM/AM or turning off and turn back to bluetooth media, I can't hear anything. (in monitor, playback is stiil working)
was it a bug or my ignorance?
I also read and find perfectly manual of my car.
