Hey all,

My 2000 ES300 has started to run rough. It will be fine for about 20 miles into a trip, but all of a sudden the check engine light will pop on and the car will begin hesitating and eventually will start to run / idle extremely rough. It gets worse and worse as the trip continues until I make it to the office and shut it off. It doesn't even shut off smoothly. Almost like it wants to remain running or something. Really weird... I thought it may be a fuel issue, but my father thinks it's some kind of emissions issue restricting air, or something. The codes are as follows. Any help would be greatly appreciated. 180,000 miles
