Default Multiple error codes! Please Help!! P0300,P0302 and many more!

Hey folks,

2001 es300 with 175K miles. When first started idle is fine. After car heats up at idle it runs real rough. Check engine light will blink at rough idle.
The check engine light may come on periodically and go off after some driving. You may attribute it to a poorly closed gas cap ( may be the problem). You may not notice any significant performance issues.

At some point the idle may get rough due to the misfire, it may idle well when cold and become rough when warm. Ignore it and there may be a fish bite (jerk) at multiple speeds and revs. You may drive at a constant speed and the car cuts back and then revs up.

The brakes seem to become hard as well since insufficiently vacuum is created at idle.

ERROR CODES: P0300,P0302,P0304,P0306,P0446,P1354.

Everyone telling me tune up. Will this fix all the codes? ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!!

The P0446 is likely unrelated, let's set that aside.

The others indicate an OCV failure, as do the signs. You can try removing and cleaning them, as well as the feed line screens. If you have been using quality oil at healthy intervals, this likely will not help.

The codes indicate bank 2 (front), but IME it can be either bank as it seems to me the code is thrown referenced off bank 1, so it may be bad. Good news is they are easy to replace and you can get a pair of factory OCVs for under $100 these days.

Thanks for the response. It was indeed a bad ocv. The coils on cylinder 4 and 6 were bad. Replaced them and new plugs and car runs amazing!!!

Again, Thanks
