Hi All,

I am having some problems with my 93 ES 300 - the passenger fromt window went down really fast yesterday with a big "thud". I could hear the motor whirring but the glass stayed down.

Took the door apart and found a mess of tangled cable and a little pieces of broken endcap for one of the cables. Ordered a new motor and hope to get it back in order soon. My only problem is how does it go in? Is anyone willing to share the diagram of the mechanism?

I was able to find the pulleys and have the general idea of how the system works but since it was all in shambles, the details are missing. The nearest Lexus dealer is couple of hours drive from me and I hope to fix this myself.
