Climate control issues

My AC and heat works but will only function at fully wide open one way or the other. Not the fan speed but the temperature. It is controlled by my navigation screen if that make a difference. Anyone know what I need to replace to get it functioning correctly?

Plug techstream into it and try and diagnose it that way? Take it to a dealer? Bad solenoid or motor somewhere? It could be anything.

There has been tons of discussion on this. Search for a.c. servo motors. Sounds like it's the temp servo motor.
