2005 lexus es330
I live in Montreal Canada. I am buying a 2005 LEXUS ES330 with no Navigation or Bluetooth. Can i buy them as a unit. The car has a CD/DVD player which I don't need as the Bluetooth is for the music on my Android. Thank you.

I use this to add Bluetooth to my older cars:
...with one problem, it's been the best one I've ever used. That one problem is that it adds its own volume control, which by default resets to 26 out of [max] 30 whenever you cut power. I like using the main volume control. I use Google Maps and Google Play Music, so the Bluetooth is all I need (vent clip for the phone so I can glance at the map).
That unit (called a "T10" from what I've seen) is sold by many Chinese "brands" on Amazon. Like this hilarious one (what were they thinking):
