I have tried 3 different Ipods with different amounts of music, on my 2013 es350 and I keep getting this message: "Because of the amount of music detected on your device this command is not available"....and the voice command is "Play Song" or Play Playlist" . can anyone help me?

 

Assuming that you have an AUX input similar to that in my 2910? I'll take a look at my set-up and get back to you in the next couple of days.
