overheating problem

Default overheating problem

Just replaced the thermostat, timing belt and water pump, but after running the car for about 5 - 10 minutes the top hose is to hot to touch and the bottom hose is almost cool. please help. also i have taken out the thermostat and tested it and it opens just fine in hot water.

What I have learned about bleeding my es 300 3.0
my kids think it is unbreakable btw
read the posts about coolant pockets u need to open with valves both bank 1 and 2 they r not too hard to find
my car only bleeds well if the front wheels r on ramps
not sure why. But it does help get the air out.
You can pull the coolant lines off the intake manifold and fill the heater core. Just know it takes time and multiple small trips around the block
