Default New Owner needs help

Hi:
I am a new 2013 Lexus ES 350 (base model I believe) owner. So far the car is very nice. I have 2 questions 1) My HVAC reads in Celsius can I change it to Fahrenheit if so how, 2) What is the most popular cleaner for the leather interior? I had posted this in General and someone suggested I re post here.
Thanks for any help

I didn't see anything doing a quick search in the manual but I am sure someone will know how to change it.

As far as leather care, water is your best bet. You can't actually treat the leather as there is a coating over it. It is best to get some type of atomizer (I got mine at Chemical Guys) and lightly spray with water, allow to soak in for 30 seconds or so, then wipe with a clean cloth. This will help keep the coating hydrated and help reduce cracking and damage to the leather.
There are some really good threads on this subject in this forum, and that is how I came to this conclusion.

I use Zaino leather cleaner. Best if you use with a soft shoe polish brush to agitate the grain. Smells like new leather than I follow up with Zaino leather in a bottle conditioner. Their Z2 car wax IMO and have tried most out there is the best. It last easily six months.

Is the "leather" in the ES (6th generation) really leather, or is it a synthetic?

I believe the leather is "real leather" in your Lexus. It is the Nuluxe that is fake leather so to speak although it may be a better product than real leather. On the newer ES Models the leather seats have a better design in my opinion.

I believe you need to have a dealer change the temp display from C to F using his Tech-stream diagnostic tool. It is not a user option, but I could be wrong.

I use Ultma Interior shampoo to clean my seats.
