on my 2015 es350 it seems as though when on low fan speed the air flow is way more than it should be. cant get the speed to slow down. noise is kinda loud also (not bad though). has anyone else noticed this? this concern may be what is called nitpickin. this along with the transmisson continually shifting up/down (@35/40 mph) are my only complaints.

 

Just a thought.... Could you possibly have one of the vents closed off?

On my solara, If my wife closes her vent on the passenger side my vent will make a terrible whistling noise that drives me insane
