Default Code P0137 Deji Vu

About a year ago I had this code and replaced the O2 sensor on Bank 1 Sensor 2. Reset the code and no more problems until yesterday when the CE light came on again with the same code P0137. Is it possible that the new sensor only lasted a year? It was a genuine Toyota sensor, not an after market. Seems like if it was a wiring problem it wouldn't have lasted a whole year. Anyone have any insight here?

Thanks

I would get a scanner that can do a live stream of the sensor's voltage. According to the code your car is running lean.
