Paint Peeling

I have an 2007 ES350, midnight blue in color. Has anyone else experienced their paint peeling off the hood and trunk area?

Nope; did you use automatic car wash? I always wash the car myself. If your car was frequently washed in an automatic car wash, that could be a reason; especially if the car wash had non cloth brushes (soft rubber is quite harsh on the paint).
